Tudor Revival

Built in the 1920s, this gracious stone and stucco Tudor Revival required complete renovation of all interior systems as well as additions to accommodate a contemporary lifestyle. A new family room, kitchen and breakfast room replaced the isolated staff kitchen; a wenge wood library gracefully connects the original house to the new poolside family room and exercise area. The now 10,200 square-foot house combines attention to detailing characteristic of the Revival style with an appreciation of textured materials: stone, slate roofs, copper gutters, and heavy oak timbers.
