Sabine Farm

On 210 acres in what was then the countryside, this 1910 Gothic-style stone manor house had been meticulously maintained, but it was in need of refurbishing and additions suitable for our client’s 21st century life. Named after Latin author Horace’s cherished Sabine Farm, this large Greenwich property had been divided, yet the fields immediately surrounding the 12,200 square-foot house were beautifully intact. All interiors, as well as the pool buildings, caretaker’s house and kitchen were renovated. A new Gothic-style addition includes an exercise area, office, housekeeper’s suite and four-car garage.
